White Rabbit started with a simple passion: dessert.

Long before White Rabbit Dessert Experience became what it is today, we originally operated frozen yogurt shops under the White Rabbit name. Like many businesses, we experienced challenges as trends changed and the market shifted. Eventually, we made the difficult decision to close those locations.

But we always believed we would come back stronger.

In 2016, White Rabbit was reborn as a full dessert experience focused on handcrafted desserts, premium ice cream, and creating memorable moments for guests. Instead of following trends, we focused on building something timeless: a place people genuinely enjoy visiting.

Since then, White Rabbit has continued to grow into multiple locations across New York and Florida. Every new store represents years of hard work, belief, and commitment to creating something special for our communities.

What started as an idea fueled by passion has become a place where families, couples, and friends gather to celebrate life’s small moments over dessert.
